Great Scope

I bought this scope to go on top of my 17 hmr for sage rat hunting. Its just great to shoot with because its so easy on your eyes.

This scope was bought for my German Diana RWS 350 Magnum "springer" pellet rifle.
This RWS 350 mag .22 caliber pellet rifle is NOTORIOUS for destroying scopes designed for hard kicking powder rifles, like the Remington mag!
When I read reports of this, I just could not believe a pellet rifle could destroy a scope designed for a powerful hunting rifle.
I've read reports of scopes being damaged by much less than 500 shots in a pellet rifle of this class. The reticle and lenses start vibrating around rendering the scope is useless!
Apparently this is caused by the characteristic "double kick" of a powerful springer type pellet rifle....the normal kick of any gun when you pull the trigger and the secondary kick in the opposite direction when the spring assembly stops,
Before purchase, I contacted Hawke about this.
The representative was well aware of this specific pellet rifle's reputation for eating scopes and assured me that all Hawke scopes were designed for guns like this.
The quality and features of this scope are truly impressive to me.
Light gathering is excellent.
The illuminated reticle was tested after sundown. If you can discern your target in any way.....you will be able to hit it. Really cool.
The scope is adjustable for parallax. The magnification adjustments work great.
Reticle adjustments allow very precise and fine dialing in.
My Highest recommendation for this scope and Hawke.

This scope is really good. The thing I was most impressed with was the build quality. The knobs turn tightly and firmly, with no hint of looseness. I recommend it totally.
