Not 3X12

I did not expect the scope to be of the same quality as high end scopes; but the scope is well worth the price. So far it seems to be a very good bargain scope. It works great, very bright and clear. It arrived promptly.
However even though the scope is labeled 3X12X50 it is not. I calibrated it, and the magnification is 4X9X50.
The scope arrived without mounting rings. When I called customer service, they were exceptional.
Even though the scope is not quite what I expected, it suits my purpose. It works well,I would buy it again, and I would recommended.
